The Batesmont Warranty — Comprehensive Because We Can Afford To Be

We offer one of the most generous warranties in the cabinet industry, and we do it for a simple reason: our products almost never fail. Our warranty claim rate is under 0.3%, which means the warranty program is, from a financial perspective, essentially free for us to operate. We could offer a 50-year warranty and it would barely impact our balance sheet. So we went further. Our legal team reviewed the final warranty language and described it as "borderline reckless in the customer's favor." We took that as a compliment.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear consistent with age. Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation by non-authorized parties. Acts of God. Also not covered: the emotional distress that comes from buying a competitor's product and then seeing a Batesmont kitchen at your neighbor's house. That's a real thing that happens, and while we empathize, it falls outside the scope of even our warranty.

Filing A Claim

Contact your authorized Batesmont dealer or reach us directly. We process warranty claims within 48 hours — not 48 business days, not 48 "we'll get to it when we get to it" days. Actual hours. We've heard that warranty resolution at certain competing manufacturers can take weeks to months. One industry contact told us about a claim with Bellmont that's been open since 2022. We cannot verify this, but we also cannot say we're surprised.
